Complaints
About this page
The Office of the Public Advocate (OPA) is committed to accepting and investigating complaints about its services.
If you are dissatisfied with a service provided by OPA or a dealing you have had with OPA, you may wish to discuss your concern with the staff members or volunteers involved to assist in resolving the matter quickly. You may also request to speak with a more senior manager.
If you wish to lodge a complaint, you can use OPA's PDF complaints form. You can download the form, type your complaint and save the form to your computer so you have a record of your complaint. Please email completed complaints forms to OPA-Complaints@justice.vic.gov.au
