OPA Advice Service operates from Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm.

If the Advice Service telephone line is busy, you can leave your contact details and an adviser will return your call within 24-48 hours during business days. 

If you have preferred times/days for a call back please let us know in your voice mail so we can try to call you back within those time frames.

We ask that you please only leave or send one message, as duplicate messages lead to delays in responding to all enquiries.

Changes to OPA's after-hours service for urgent guardianship matters 

Except on Saturday or Sunday mornings, any callers ringing after 5am will be asked to ring back after 9am.
