Submit a Deed or a Deed Amendment Schedule

Most NDIS service agreements contain matters that go beyond the scope of a guardian’s authority to agree to. OPA has developed its own deeds for support coordination, plan management, specialist disability accommodation (SDA) and miscellaneous services. These deeds include matters that are within the guardian’s authority to agree to on behalf of NDIS participants for whom they are guardian.

Note the support coordination, plan management and miscellaneous services deeds and the Deed Amendment Schedules were updated on 19 October 2022.
